Hi, I'm Alyssa.

I am a Relationship and Self-Development Coach specializing in attachment science, psychology, neuroscience, and faith.

Although not a licensed psychotherapist, I studied psychology in college, and I continue to advance my education.

My passion for this work is deeply personal. Having experienced severe fearful-avoidant attachment and complex trauma myself, I understand firsthand how deeply rooted survival patterns can shape our relationships, behaviors, sense of self, and even our relationship with God.

Today, I help clients move beyond generic attachment advice by taking a deeper look at their unique relationship histories, communication styles, attachment patterns, and personal goals.

My individualized, research-informed approach combines psychological insight with practical strategies to help clients navigate complex relationship dynamics, develop more secure ways of relating, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Because understanding the pattern is only the beginning. Learning how to change it is where transformation happens.

Real Client Transformation

  • This was really, really helpful. I appreciate Alyssa's help so much! Because the advice I have been getting from other coaches, like its good advice, but I think it's also feeding my anxiety because they are causing me to focus on negative signals and lack of clarity. I really liked how Alyssa broke things down. Her approach is different

  • I first came to Alyssa for couples coaching and my experience was over-the-moon amazing. She didn't pick sides or point fingers. She listens so closely she could put language to how I felt before I did and in the kindest way. I will continue working with her on my secure attachment journey. She's good y'all

    Morgan B.

  • Working with Alyssa was unlike any therapy I have experienced before. She helped me understand my attachment that made me feel SEEN, while also keeping Christ at the center. I'm so grateful for her wisdom compassion and faith.

    Lindsay

  • I think you just saved my marriage.

    Melanie

  • I can't say enough good things about Alyssa. I went in hoping to save my relationship, and while that didn't happen, I ended up saving myself. She helped me understand my anxious attachment in a way no other therapist has - with warmth, honesty, and zero shame. Her ability to name patterns without making anyone feel blamed is truly a gift. I've seen a few therapist before her, but none as intentional or as relatable. She speaks a language I actually understand, and I leave every session feeling seen and not judged. If you're on the fence about attachment therapy, just go. You'll thank yourself

    Royce R.

  • Before Alyssa, I couldn't understand why I kept repeating the same patterns in my relationships. I thought I was defective. Learning that I have Fearful Avoidant attachment changed everything! My marriage is actually better now
